Warranty Coverage

This warranty is expressly limited to purchasers of GRxplore products from GRxplore website. The warranty is limited to GRxplore mounts and components. The warranty does not include any device mounted or attached to a GRxplore mount, such as a phone, actions camera, computer or other device.

GRxplore products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, to be free of manufacturer's defects.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been:

  • Any damage that may be a result of normal wear and tear
  • Abused, worn out, heated, ground or otherwise altered
  • Used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended
  • Used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use
  • Misused or shows excessive wear and tear or fatigue
  • Subjected to heat beyond ordinary weather conditions

If a product or part has been discontinued, we will attempt to suggest a substitute. If a suitable substitute is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under this warranty.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND GRXPLORE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY IT, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER. No agent, employee or representative of GRxplore has any authority to bind GRxplore to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning GRxplore products or parts, except as stated herein.

There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components.
